Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data: email and optional profile details (e.g., display name, avatar).
• Usage and device data: request timestamps, feature usage, error codes, device and browser info, and IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.
• Payment metadata: processed by Creem; we receive only transaction metadata (order ID, status, amount) and do not store full payment instrument details.
• Uploads and generated results: your uploaded images or videos and generated outputs are used only to fulfill the request and are not stored after processing. Free-tier outputs may include a watermark.
• Analytics data: aggregated site usage metrics via Google Analytics.

2. How we use data

• Provide the AI clothes changer service and run model inference (Google model) for your requests.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and secure the platform, including fraud and abuse prevention.
• Process payments and account management (via Creem and Clerk).
• We do not train models on your uploads, do not sell data, and do not run advertising or retargeting.

3. Storage and retention

• Uploads and generated content: discarded after processing; not retained or backed up.
• Account and payment metadata: kept until you delete your account; minimal records may be retained as required by law or for billing reconciliation.
• Usage and security logs: retained for up to 12 months for security, abuse prevention, and diagnostics before deletion or anonymization.
• Protection: encryption in transit and at rest; access is limited to need-to-know personnel. Backups exclude uploads and generated outputs.

4. Sharing and processors

• Cloudflare for CDN, security, and edge execution.
• Clerk for authentication and account management.
• Creem for payment processing.
• Google model APIs for image/video processing.
• Google Analytics for site analytics.
• Legal or compliance disclosures if required by applicable law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. You can use browser settings or add-ons to limit Analytics if you prefer. We do not currently present a consent banner.

6. Children's privacy

We do not knowingly process data for users under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, please contact us at support@ClothesChanger.net and we will delete it promptly.

7. Your choices and rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account, payment metadata, and applicable logs by emailing support@ClothesChanger.net. Uploads and generated outputs are not retained.

8. Security

We apply access controls, monitoring, and encryption to protect your data. If a security incident impacts your account, payment metadata, or logs, we will notify affected users promptly and within 72 hours of confirmation where legally required.

9. International transfers

We operate globally. Where data moves across borders, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) consistent with applicable law.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above and, where appropriate, additional in-product notice.
