Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Accounts

The Service is for users aged 13 or older. Keep your credentials secure and do not share them. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Service Scope & Use

We provide an AI clothes changer using Google models. Outputs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis; accuracy and availability are not guaranteed. Commercial use of outputs is permitted at your own risk. You must ensure uploads and outputs comply with law and third-party rights.

3. Prohibited Use

• Illegal, infringing, pornographic (especially involving minors), violent, hateful, or harassing content.
• Deepfakes, impersonation, or unauthorized use of another person's face or likeness.
• Fraud, phishing, malware, or attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
• DDoS, scraping, or abusive automation.
• Any use that violates rights of publicity, privacy, or applicable law.

4. Content & Ownership

You retain all rights to your uploads and generated outputs. Free-tier outputs may include a watermark. You grant us a limited license to process uploads solely to provide the Service. We do not train models on your uploads and do not retain outputs after processing.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• Payments are processed by Creem.
• Plans auto-renew unless canceled; you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
• Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable unless required by law or if we fail to deliver the described Service.

6. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data. We do not retain uploads or outputs after processing. We may process metadata (timestamps, feature usage, error codes, device/browser info, IP) for security, abuse prevention, and diagnostics.

7. Third-Party Services

• Cloudflare for CDN, security, and edge execution.
• Clerk for authentication and account management.
• Creem for payment processing.
• Google model APIs for image/video processing.
• Google Analytics for site analytics.

8. IP and Right-of-Publicity Complaints

You must have rights to all uploads. If you believe content is infringing or violates rights of publicity, contact us at support@ClothesChanger.net; we may suspend or disable accounts involved in credible complaints.

9. Availability & Disclaimer

• The Service may change, suspend, or end at any time.
• The Service and outputs are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, or accuracy.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, non-payment, or legal/compliance reasons. We will provide notice when reasonable; severe abuse may result in immediate action.

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law. Courts in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
